Now is the perfect time to use the points on your Ada Loyalty Club card that you’ve been diligently collecting throughout the year. Treat yourself or someone special with a variety of rewards we’ve prepared for you.
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions, make sure to use your collected points and claim your reserved rewards by December 31, 2024.

Article 1 – 1.5 a:
“… After 00:00 on December 31 of each calendar year, all points are nullified, regardless of whether the User managed to redeem them for Rewards (see 1.5 b), and the User cannot request any compensation for the points or further use of the points after that. …”
Article 1 – 1.5 c:
“… Rewards selected via the ALK website and app can be collected at the Info Desk within 3 days. If a Reward is selected after December 28, it can be collected no later than December 31 of the same year, after which the right to claim the Reward is forfeited. …”
