GTC Grupa je vodeći investitor i izvođač nekretnina sa fokusom na Poljsku i tri glavna grada u srednjoj i istočnoj Europi. Od 1994. GTC je na području istočne Europe razvio 66 savremenih poslovnih objekata i shopping centara visokog standarda, ukupne površine od gotovo 1,2 miliona kvadratnih metara. Trenutno, GTC aktivno raspolaže portfoliom komercijalnih nekretnina od 36 poslovnih zgrada koje pružaju 614.000 m² prodajnih i poslovnih prostora za zakup u Poljskoj, Budimpešti, Bukureštu, Beogradu i Zagrebu. Pored toga, GTC planira razvoj dodatnih 349.000 m² prodajnih i poslovnih prostora u glavnim gradovima istočne Europe, od čega je 110.000 m² već u izgradnji. Deonice GTC S.A. su izlistane na Varšavskoj berzi i uključene su u WIG30 indeks, a izlistane su ujedno i na Johanesburškoj berzi.
